How long will it take to receive my coffee?

We roast our beans in small batches to ensure freshness. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Nostos Coffee ships within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to bring our specialty roasts to more countries soon.

What is your return policy on coffee beans?

Because coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.

Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?

Absolutely. At Nostos, we prioritize Direct Trade relationships, ensuring that farmers are paid well above Fair Trade premiums and that sustainable farming practices are followed.

Can I get my coffee pre-ground?

While we recommend buying whole bean for maximum freshness, we offer several grind settings including Drip, Espresso, and French Press. Simply select your preferred grind on the product page before adding it to your cart.

How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?

Store your beans in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture and fluctuating temperatures can degrade the delicate flavor profiles of the beans.
