Our love-story with Panama continues with this Pacamara from José Porta of Finca La Alquería- having kicked off his coffee production in 2019, José recently joined the 'Abbraccio' scheme. This is an initiative started by the infamous Altieri coffee estate, providing a platform to smaller and lesser-known producers whilst guaranteeing their excellence. Sustainability is also a primary concern of Finca La Alquería, who utilise conservation plans, forest reserves and beekeeping in their approach.

This coffee was harvested at about 1460masl, and processed traditionally as a natural- the end result is an expressive filter, high in sweetness and offering notes of blueberry, plum and prune.
